羽衣甘蓝叶黄素浸提方法及性质的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用不同提取剂、提取温度、皂化温度、提取时间对羽衣甘蓝浸提,得出羽衣甘蓝叶黄素浸提剂的最佳组合为正己烷+丙酮+乙醇+苯(10:7:6:7)、提取温度为20℃、皂化温度56℃、提取时间1h较为理想。利用AOAC法分析得出,羽衣甘蓝中叶黄素含量为13.644mg/100g。 The lutein were extracted from kale by different solvent, extracting temperature, saponifing temperature , extracting time. The results showed that the combined extractant of hexane, acetone, ethanol and benzene (10: 7:6:7), extracting temperature (20℃),saponifing temperature (56℃), extracting time (1 h) were optimal. Additionally, the extraction efficiency of lutein from kale was 13.644 mg/100 g with analytical method of AOAC.
