摘要
对两种不同规格的材料进行了组织及性能研究,发现微量元素Fe、P的加入量及加入比例,材料中第二相沉淀颗粒的大小及分布,对材料的力学性能及使用性能有很大的影响,实际生产中,应根据产品的性能要求,合理控制化学成分及生产工艺。
The microstructure and capabilty were analyzed between two samples of different types, we found that the content of Fe, P, and the proportion of the two elements, the size and the distribution of the second deposit phase have great influence to the mechanical capability. In the practical process, the content of each element and the processing should be controlled according to the requirement of the production.
