中小型水利水电工程地质环境质量损益评价

RESEARCH ON ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF ADVANTAGE AND LOSE OF GEOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY OF MIDDLE AND SMALL HYDRO-POWER ENGINEERING

本文扼要论述了地质环境质量损益经济评价的基本思路、主要指标以及中、小型水利水电工程地质环境质量损益经济评价模型；并根据中、小型水利水电工程实施可能产生的环境地质问题，阐述了中、小型水利水电工程地质环境质量损益经济评价结果，探讨了中、小型水利水电工程合理开发利用地质环境及防治地质灾害的对策。

First half of the paper discusses laconically basic train of thought and main indexes of economic evaluation about advantage and lose of geological environment, and economic evaluation model of advantage and lose of geological environment of middle and small hydro-power engineering. The second half, from environmental geological problem by middle and small hydro-power engineering construction in reservoir's area, it expounds their result of evaluation, and discusses the problem of rational exploitation and use of geological environment, and researches the way to control geological hazard.
