Ar/air介质阻挡放电丝的时空相关特性

Spatiotemporal Correlation of Filaments in Ar/air Dielectric Barrier Discharge

摘要 采用特殊的水电极介质阻挡放电实验装置,测量了大气压下氩气和空气混合气体放电的击穿电压;利用光学方法测量了介质阻挡放电中放电丝的时空特性.发现随着空气体积分数的增加,击穿电压也随之升高,总光电流脉冲半宽度变窄,放电丝间的时空相关性变弱,放电丝的直径逐渐减小,亮度变暗. The breakdown voltage of mixture of Ar and air at atmosphere is measured by using water electrodes in dielectric barrier discharge. The spatiotemporal correlation of filaments is obtained with optical method. With the increasing air content the breakdown voltage increases, the full width at half-maximum of pulse of global optical emission narrows, spatiotemporal correlation between filaments becomes weak, and the diameter and light emission of filaments decrease.
