摘要
华南地区岩关阶依皱纹珊瑚可分为Ceriphyllum-Caninophyllumpatulum(G-C)组合带、Cystophyrentis(C)延限带和Pseudouralinia(P)延限带及相应的有孔虫带和牙形类带(表1)。与法国一比利时盆地、英国和俄罗斯奥莫朗地区有关生物地层相比,C-C组合带与法一比盆地的RC1间隔带下部和英国的Km-K1亚带大致相当;C延限带与RC1间隔带上部至RC2间隔带下部和英国的K2-Z1亚带对比;P延限带与RC2间隔带上部至RC3奥佩尔带和英国的Z方亚带至γ层对比。若以P延限带或所谓的"C-P间隔带"做为中国石炭系与泥盆系的分界标志,则石炭系的底界过于偏高。笔者认为C-C组合带或邵东组属于早石炭世地层。
The Yanguanian in South China can be divided into Ceriphyllum-Caninophyllum patulum (C-C) Assemblage Zone, Cystophrentis (C) Range Zone and Pseudouralinia (P) Range Zone upon rugose corals, and the corresponding foraminifer Zones and conodont Zones (Table 1). Based on the relationships between coral, foraminifer and conodont biostratigraphy in Franco-Belgian Basin,Britain and Omolon area of USSR, it is obvious that C-C rugose coral Assemblage Zone of South China is approximately equivalent to the lower part of rugose coral Zone RC1 in Franco-Belgian Basin and coral Km to K1 Subzone of Britain; rugose coral Range Zone C of South China may be correlated with the upper part of rugose coral Zone RC1 to the lower part of rugose coral Zone RC2 and coral K2 to Z1 Subzone in Britain; rugose coral Range Zone P of South China may be correlated with the upper part of rugose coral Zone RC2 to RC3 Oppel Zone in Franco- Belgian Basin and coral Z2 Subzone to γ bed of Britain. Very Obviously, if the rugose coral P Arange Zone or the socalled 'C P interval Zone' wase taken as the mark for the Devonian-Carboniferous boundary in China, the base of Carboniferous would be too high. The autheor considers that the C-C Assemblage Zone or the Shaodong Foramtion is still of Early Carboniferous age.
