摘要
讨论了灾害损失的构成要素以及灾害损失定量评估的指标体系；依据灾害损失评估指标体系的一般形式，给出了由灾害损失单一因子计算灾级的公式；基于笔者提出的模糊灾度概念，给出了可用于各类灾害损失的等级划分的模湖综合评判方法。
The key elements and index system for quantitative assessment of disas ter losses are analyzed and discussed. According to the general form of index system for disaster loss assessment, the formula for calculating disaster magnitude from unique factor of disaster losses are given. Based upon the concept of the fuzzy disaster intensity proposed by the author, the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation applied in classification of disaster losses are also derived.
