摘要
纤维胶凝蛋白(ficolin)是一组存在于人的不同组织中含有胶原样结构域和纤维蛋白原样结构域的糖蛋白。人血清中的Ficolin通过胶原样结构域与病原微生物表面的寡聚糖结合后,激活补体凝集素途径,并起调理作用,在非特异性免疫中起着重要作用。
Ficolins are a group of proteins containing both a collagen-like domain and a fibrinogen-like domain and are found in varying tissues. Upon recognition of carbohydrate structures on the infectious agent, ficolin initiate the lectin pathway of complement addition, ficolins act as an opsonin, and plays an important role in innate immunity.
