摘要
本研究的主要内容有:心理健康教育课程开发;为提高心理健康教育的教学效果,把心理健康教育的授课与心理健康教育课题研究结合起来;根据心理健康教育的研究成果编写了健康教育教材,使教材更具有科学性、针对性、系统性和可操作性;在心理健康教育的方式上采取了以授课为主的多种形式心理健康教育,对学生如何克服心理障碍进行具体有效的指导。本研究的主要技术是运用流行病学和卫生统计学的方法对学生进行心理健康教育前后干预性研究。
By adopting Eysenck H.J's EPQ, 3137 students in higher vocational college are surveyed on their psychological obstacles. Results: by analyze the present situation, 17.66% of the students have the following psychological obstacles: unstable emotions, anxiety, nervousness, irritation, gloomy, bad sleep and excessive emotions. By analyzing coefficient, psychological obstacles are connected with life events closely, the coefficient is between 0.85 and 0.90.By intervening analyzing in the front and after the experiment, the rate of appearing psychological obstacles after the experiment (13.06%) is lower than that before the experiment (17.66%), P〈0.01. It shows that the experimental method of psychological health education by various forms and channels is really very effective.
