网络教育在高水平大学建设中的作用与途径

Roles of Web-based Education in Building up High-Level University and The Ways

开展网络教育已成为世界各国高水平大学发展的共同趋势。本文结合我国网络教育试点发展情况,深入阐述了网络教育在更新传统教育观念、探索高校自主办学道路、提高教师综合素质、实现信息技术与学科教学的整合、推动高校对网络设施的投入等方面所发挥的作用,从而有力地推动高水平大学建设。同时指出网络教育应处理好规模与质量、资源建设与共享之间的关系。

It is the common tendency to develop Web-based education among high-level universities in the world.Based on experience of the pilot program,the article probes the roles played by of Web-based education in fields of innovating ideas,combining information technologies and teaching,promoting the input of network facilities.Meanwhile it is necessary to cope with the relationship between scale and quality,resources building and sharing.
