With more multinational companies coming to china and Chinese companies going aboard, the workplace is composed of people from different nations. Multicultural Awareness is a greater understanding, sensitivity, and apprecia- tion of the history, values, experiences, behaviors, interactions, affective understanding and lifestyles of groups that include, but, are not limited to: Race, Ethnicity, Gender, Sexual Orientation, Religious Affiliation, Socio-economic, Status Mental/Physical Abilities. Obviously the role of the CEOs includes multi-culture management. Their leadership style in this aspect can greatly influence the outcome of multi-culture management.
