论述如何控制住宅建筑面积,改善居住环境,推广新型采暖方式和供暖系统,使之收到既节能又提高居住舒适度的效果.
This paper discusses how to control surface area of residence, how to improve living condition and how to extend new-type heating methods and heating system which achieve the result of both saving energy and impoving comfort of living condition.
