论述了工程项目成本管理的内涵,从全员管理、全过程管理、综合质量,工期与成本的关系几方面分析了成本管理的诸多要素.
This paper discusses the meaning of cost supervision in engineering project,and analyzes various factors in cost supervision from the aspects of general supervision, whole-process supervision, integral quality and the relationship between working time and cost.
