2006年7—8月国内安全事故统计分析

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to August in 2006

统计了2006年7—8月国内发生的各种安全事故279起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故。统计表明,在这些事故中,交通事故最多,占55.91%,其次是矿业事故(22.22%)、爆炸事故(9.32%)、其他事故(5.73%)、毒物泄露和中毒(4.66%)、火灾(2.15%)。279起事故共死亡1253人,伤1519人,死亡人数的百分比分别为交通事故52.27%、矿业事故26.74%、爆炸事故11.65%、其他事故4.79%、火灾2.39%、泄露中毒2.15%;受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故53.59%、泄露中毒17.38%、爆炸事故14.42%、矿业事故10.73%、其他事故2.63%、火灾1.25%。

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from July to August in 2006. There are 279 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories： mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 279 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 22.22%, 55.91%, 9.32%, 4.66%, 2.15%, and 5.73% respectively. The total casualty is 1 253 and the percentages for the six categories are 26.74%, 52.27%, 11.65%, 2.15%, 2.39%, and 4.79% respectively. The number of the wounded is 1 519 and the percentages for the six categories are 10.73%, 53.59%, 14.42%, 17.38%, 1.25%, and 2.63% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top five provinces and cities with the highest accident number are： Guizhou （28 accidents）, Yunnan （20）, Fujian （20）, Guangdong （19）, and Sichuan（19）. The top five provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are ： Shanxi（ 161 dead）, Guizhou（ 121 ）, Yunnan（ 104）, Fujian（ 83 ）, and Guangdong （ 74 ）. And the top five provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are： Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region（214 wounded）, Guizhou （ 105 ）, Yunnan （ 126）, Guangdong （111）, and Shanxi（110）.
