目前,切削加工仍是当今主要的模具加工方法,在模具制造业中有着重要的地位,但是,如何提高其效率、精度、质量成为传统切削加工面临的问题。上世纪90年代后,以高切削速度、高进给速度和高加工精度为主要特征的高速切削(High Speed Cutting,HSC)已经成为现代切削加工技术的重要发展方向之一,也是目前模具制造业中一项快速发展的高新技术。

Procession of cutting still serves as the leading mold , which takes paramount status in molding manufacturing industry. Yet we confront problems as to improve efficiency, precision and quality. High speed cutting has become critical development orientation of current of cutting technology since 1990s and a fast- developing hi- tech in molding industry.
