丹参提取液对糖尿病大鼠血浆ET、TXB_2、6-Keto-PGF_(1α)的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察丹参提取液对糖尿病大鼠血浆中ET、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α含量的影响。方法利用链脲佐菌素(STZ)30mg/kg尾静脉注射法诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型,并分为糖尿病组、丹参治疗组各10只,治疗组用丹参提取液灌胃2周,观察各组ET、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的水平,对其结果进行统计学分析。结果丹参治疗组大鼠血浆中ET、TXB2水平明显降低,同时,6-Keto-PGF1a水平明显升高,与糖尿病组比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论丹参提取液能显著降低糖尿病大鼠血中ET、TXB2水平,提高6-Keto-PGF1α水平,改善机体血液运行状态,从而对血管起保护作用,这一作用对防治糖尿病血管并发症有一定的意义。 Objective: To investigate the effect of extraction of Danshen on the content of ET, TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF1α in blood plasma of diabetes rats. Methods: Using a diabetes rats model established by streptozotocin (STZ) injection, the selected SD rats were randomly divided into three groups as normal control group, diabetes group, Danshen treatment group. The treatment group was fed with the extraction of Danshen for two weeks and content levels of ET, TXB2, 6-Keto- PGF1α were observed. The experimental results were also statistical analyzed. Results. The content levels of ET and TXB2 in blood plasma of Danshen treatment rats were significantly decreased, while the content level of 6-Keto-PGF1α was increased. Compared with control group, it had remarkable difference (P〈0. 05). Conclusion. The content levels of ET and TXB2 in blood plasma of diabetes rats can be remarkably decreased, while the content level of 6-keto-PGF1α is increased. Using this method, the state of blood transport is improved and the blood vessel is protected. This mechanism shows a potential application in prevention and cure of blood vessel syndrome of diabetes.
