摘要
旅游法基本原则的确立对旅游活动的平稳、有序进行将起到保驾护航作用。正确理解和把握旅游法基本原则,对旅游法学理论构建和指导实践也有重要意义。本文主要从旅游法基本原则的含义、特征与功能、基本内容等方面进行了探讨。
The basic principles of our tourist law play a safeguarding role in carrying out tourist activities smoothly and in good order. Correctly understanding and mastering the basic principles of our tourist law is of significance to constructing the traveling legal science theory and to guiding our practice. The paper mainly discusses the meaning, characteristics, functions, basic content etc. of the basic principles of out tourist law.
