摘要 通过“两课”教学评估,能够准确、科学、及时地对教师的教学质量进行价值判断,客观公正地检测教师的实绩,并发现教师教学中存在的问题,及时修正,从而加强“两课”教学科学化、规范化管理,不断地促进教学质量的提高。该文拟对高职高专“两课”教学评估中存在的问题进行分析,并初步提出解决的对策。 By appraising the "two classes" teaching, we can take value judgment to a teacher's teaching quality accurately, scientifically and promptly and examine the teacher's actual accomplishments objectively. We can also discover the teacher's existing teaching problems, and give prompt revision, so as to strengthen "two classes" scientific teaching style, and the standardized management, which unceasingly enhance the teaching quality. The paper analyzes the existing problems in the teaching appraisal to the higher vocational colleges and initially gives some strategies to them.
