光谱在过渡族金属氧化物电荷及自旋有序研究中的应用

摘要 条纹相是在过渡金属氧化物研究中发现的一种特殊的现象。电荷以及电子次序排列形成所谓的条纹(stripes),普遍认为这是一种新的量子状态。讨论了光谱实验技术在探询过渡金属氧化物中stripes的相关问题。 Stripe is a novel phenomenon observed in transition metal oxide. Ordered arrangement of the charge and electron in specific lattice come into being stripes. It is generally thought that stripe phase is a new quantum state. This article discussed the application of spectrum in exploring the stripes phase of transition metal oxide.
