摘要
介绍了以冰乙酸和苯甲醇为原料,采用磷钨酸作催化剂合成乙酸苄酯的方法,考察了反应物醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应时间、带水剂品种、催化剂重复使用对酯化率的影响。结果表明,在苯甲醇和冰乙酸摩尔比为1∶2·5,催化剂用量占反应物总量的2.0%,带水剂品种选择甲苯,其用量10.0mL,反应时间2.0h的最佳反应条件下,酯化率可达89.0%。催化剂经再生处理后,重复使用,对酯化率影响不大。
Benzyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and benzyl alcohol as raw materials with phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohol, amount of catalyst and water-carrying agent, reaction time, kinds of water- carrying agent, repeated use of catalyst on the yield of product were examined. The result showed that the yield of product could reach 89.0 % under the optimum reaction conditions as follows: molar ratio of acetic acid to benzyl alcohol 1 : 2.5, the mass ratio of catalyst 2.0 % ( based on the total mass of reactants) ,toluene selected as carrying agent(with the amount of 10.0 mL),reaction time 2.0 h.
