基层电大开放教育招生工作的思考

Thinking of the Enrollment of Opening Education at the Bottom of Radio & TV University

广播电视大学的“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”研究项目已经经历了六年多的时间。随着高等教育迅猛发展,各级各类办学形式激烈竞争,开放教育也愈发成熟规范。近年来出现了全国电大招生规模整体下滑的趋势,试点项目开始面临新的考验。本文拟从实践出发,针对当前形势,对基层电大招生工作进行分析与探讨。

The research of reform of fostering talents and the pilot project of opening education has lasted for 6 years. With the development of the advanced education, all levels of running school are more competitive sharply and the form of opening education is much more mature. There are some tendencies that the size of national enrollment is declining, so the pilot project faces new trial. Based on the practice and current position, the paper analyzes and probes into the enrollment of radio ＆ TV University, which is at the bottom.
