摘要
取得时效制度保护真正应该取得权利的勤勉之人,在保证良好经济秩序的基础上,使得物尽其用,促进了经济发展,也保证了交易安全。所以我国民法典应当增设取得时效制度,这对完善民事法律制度有重要意义。
The prescription acquisition system can protect the diligent person to get the property. On the base of good economical order and safe trade entironment the prescription acquisition system can make good use of res and advance economical development. So we should set up the prescription auquisition system
