通过对建设工程招投标“合理低价中标法”和“最低价中标法”这两种评标办法的分析,结合我国的国情,阐述“合理低价中标法”是我国现阶段最适合的一种评标办法;同时也论证了“最低价中标法”是一种科学可行的评标办法,待条件成熟后应该大力推广。

Through the analysis of the two bid evaluation methods of winning the bid with a reasonable low price and with the lowest price in inviting bid for construction projects and combined with national context of China, this article expounds that the method of winning the bid with a reasonable low price is the bid evaluation method most applicable at the present stage in our country, and simultaneously demonstrates that the method of winning the bid with the lowest price is a scientific and feasible bid evaluation method, which should be popularized once conditions become mature.
