中国海洋生态系统动力学研究发展战略初探

INITIAL INQUIRING INTO THE DEVELOPMENTAL STRATEGY OF CHINESE OCEAN ECOSYSTEM DYNAMICS RESEARCH

在概要介绍海洋生态系统研究的发展背景、有关国际计划的研究内容与发展动向的基础上，提出了我国海洋生态系统动力学研究的发展原则、战略目标、“九五”优先领域、重点研究问题、典型实验区等设想、建议及具体的实施对策。

Firsdy,the paper introduces the study history of ocean ecosystem dynamics,which is a relative new study field of oceanology at home and abroad. Ocean ecosystem dynamics research has entered a new stage of devdopment since 1980's, and has become an important and indispensable content in global change study. Secondly, this paper introduces briefly the research contents and developmental trends international programmes about ocean ecosystem dynamics research,these programmes are Global Ocean Ecosystem Dynamics(GLOBEC),Large Marine Ecosystems(LMEs) and Global Ocean Observing System(GOOS).Thirdly,the paper put forths the tentative developmental ideas of ocean ecosystem dynamics research in China, include: developmental principles, strategic objectives, priorities during 9th five-year programme of national economy construction,choice of typical experimental areas, et al.Lastly,the paper put forwards the fundamental measurements of implementing the developmental strategy.
