卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中溶血磷脂酸受体Edg4与Edg7蛋白的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 卵巢上皮性癌(卵巢癌)由于其组织学的复杂性,病变的隐秘性,为临床诊断和治疗增加了极大的困难.1998年,Xu等[1]发现,卵巢癌患者血浆及腹水中溶血磷脂酸(lysophosphatidic acid,LPA)水平明显升高,推测LPA在卵巢癌的发生、发展中起重要作用.而LPA主要通过其相关的G蛋白偶联受体Edg2、Edg4、Edg7起作用.本研究采用免疫组化法检测LPA受体Edg4与Edg7蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达情况,探讨其与卵巢上皮性肿瘤发生、发展的关系,为进一步了解卵巢癌的生物学行为及寻找卵巢癌新的基因治疗靶点提供理论依据.
