The education system for teachers, which is from close to open up, has become inevitable trend. Specialization issue of teachers is becoming outstanding day by day. Teacher＇s college should establish teacher＇s professional technical ability examination system which is suitable for the development of teacher＇s specialization, so that it can cultivate qualified and owning the development potentiality teachers in special field of their subjects.
