城市农民工婚姻家庭的再造

The Remolding of the Marriages and Families of Urban Peasant Workers

工业化的急剧进展和农民工流动性的增强,户籍制度的顽强阻扼和文化的强烈冲击,使得原本处于常态的婚姻家庭疾变为非常态,而要从非常态再次回归常态,需要从宏观和微观层面加以调整和引导:城市要做好农民工的疏导与稳定工作,农村也要采取合理化的流动措施,以利于婚姻关系的正常化;改革户籍制度,淡化身份界限,消除农民工婚姻的藩蓠,加强农民工教育,使之充分融入城市,形成稳定的婚姻关系,建立农民工社会保障,加强农民婚姻建设。

The rapid development of industrialization, the increased mobility of peasant workers, and the resistance of household registration system, together with strong cultural impact, have changed the normal marriages and families into an abnormal state. To make their marriages and families return to a normal state, measures must be taken from both macro and micro levels. Urban administrators should take measures to guide and stabilize the peasant workers, and rural administrators should adopt proper mobility measures so as to facilitate the normalization of marriages. Household registration system should be reformed. Measures should be taken to strengthen the ideological, moral and legal education of peasant workers. Social security system of peasant workers should be established, and peasants＇ marriage construction should be strengthened.
