摘要
利用溶胶-凝胶法制备Zn2SiO4和Zn2SiO4:Mn凝胶,将其在110℃下烘干成粉状;将烘干后的粉末在1000℃高温下煅烧2 h,得到含Zn2SiO4和Zn2SiO4:Mn纳米颗粒.XRD结果表明,测定的式样为-αZn2SiO4晶相,并且掺杂前后晶相没有发生明显变化;试样的荧光光谱测定的结果表明,Mn2+掺杂的Zn2SiO4发绿色荧光.最后对这种物质的发光机理进行了分析.
Zn2SiO4 :Mn is prepared by a sol-gel process at weak oxidation atmosphere of 1000 ℃ and keeping this temperature for 2 hours. X- ray diffraction(XRD) pattern , excitation spectra and emission spectra of the doped and undoped samples are investigated. The result indicates that the XRD pattern of the doped sample exhibits a willemite structure. No characteristic diffraction peaks of dopant are observed. A novel photoluminescence phenomenon of Mn^2+ is observed from Zn2SiO4 :Mn sample (blue emission bands). It is very important for the applications and researches of Zn2SiO4 :Mn luminescent materials.
