摘要
变频器在运行中会出现高次谐波、噪声与振动、发热等问题.通过在变频器前加装电抗器和高频磁环、采用变压器多相运行,或设置专用滤波器消除高次谐波;在变频器输出侧接电抗器以及在变频器输出侧接入交流电抗器以吸收变频器输出电流中的高次谐波电流成分来减小震动等方法有效地解决了上述问题.
Transducer often experience such problems as uhraharmonics, noise, vibration, pyrexia and so on in operation. These problems can be effectively solved by the installment of reactor and high frequency magnetic rings to realize polyphase operation. The reactor can also be put at the output side of transducer to absorb the ultraharrnonic current ingredicent to reduce vibration.
