从认证的动机，目标，基础几方面论述了当前质量认证中存在的问题及解决办法，告诫企业不要盲目开展认证，应从企业的实际出发，发挥认证应有的作用。

This paper was discussed the problems and resolving methods of Quality Certification from following several respects,such as intention,purpose and base etc.,and also advicing enterprises not certificating blindly,proceeding from actual conditions and playing the role of certification.
