摘要 改革开放对医疗服务补偿机制带来了很大的冲击,医院必须不断地改善医疗服务的质量和效率,争取用最短的时间和最低的成本提供最令患者满意的医疗服务,才能在竞争激烈的市场中生存并壮大起来,医院所追求的竞争优势也不再是规模、地段、床位数和先进的仪器设备等,而是技术、人才、服务、管理等核心竞争力的较量。“流程再造”在国外已被公认为新的管理革命的理论基石,我国学者也开始注重对医院管理流程的研究和尝试。文章就医疗服务流程再造的现状和发展趋势做一综述,以期引起医院管理层的广泛思考。 Reform and opening brings great impact to medical service, therefore, the hospitals need improve the quality and efficiency of medical service, and provide satisfactory medical service with shortest time and lowest cost in order that they could exist and develop. The advantages of competition that the hospitals are pursuing are technology, human source, service and management, not scale, bed number and modern devices. Reform of flow has been regarded the theoretical basis of the new revolution of administration abroad. The scholars in China have attached importance to the studies on medical service flow.This paper reviews the status and developing trend of the reform of medical service flow.
