Nowadays, in the development of a city, the talents gathering has been attached great importance. It plays a significant part in the development of a city that how to gather talents and to bring them into full play in economic development. This article makes a probe into the current situation of the talents gathering in Yangzhou Regiom and finds out the shortage existing in such aspects as how to attract talents and how to give play to their talents. It also puts forward the appropriate strategies on how to promote talents gathering in Yangzhou from the following aspects： constructing a good environment of an undertaking, improving the cultural development of enterprises, establishing strategic target of talents internationalization, etc.
