摘要
采用顶空-气相色谱法检测啤酒中的苯含量,方法的最低检出限为1.0μg/L。变异系数3.9%,回收率91%.检测了77种国产啤酒样品,71个样品未检出;6个样品检出了苯.其含量范围从1.9~7.1μg/L.检测国内市场销售的7种进口啤酒,均未检出苯。虽然所有啤酒的苯含量都没有超过10μg/L(世界卫生组织饮用水的限量标准),但个别样品较高的苯含量表明,建立食品级二氧化碳质量控制体系的重要性。
The presence of benzene was investigated in beer by headspace gas chromatography. The lower detection limit of this benzene test was 1.0 μg/L.The coefficient of variation and recovery, for beer sample were 3.9% and 91% respectively. Out of 56 native samples, 50 contained no detectable benzene, 6 samples contained between 1.9μg/L and 7. 1μg/L of benzene. The incidences of benzene were not found in 7 imported beers. Although the benzene content of all beer samples did not exceed 10 μg/L ( the WHO limit for drinking water), the results confirmed the importance of the assurance of food grade carbon dioxide in brewing industry.
