铁古坑低品位难选磁铁矿高效节能选矿技术 被引量:2

Research on High-Efficiency Energy-Saving Beneficiation Technology for Tiegukeng Low Grade Refractory Magnetite Ore

摘要 针对铁古坑选厂原生产工艺存在的问题,制定了新的技术路线。通过采取原矿多段干式预选抛尾、多碎少磨、阶段磁选抛尾、细筛+磁聚机提质、尾矿中磁扫选等技术及应用高效节能设备,实现了铁古坑低品位难选磁铁矿选矿技术的高效节能化。选矿厂处理能力由74万t/a提高到153万t/a、精矿铁品位由64.05%提高到67.5%以上、铁回收率由64.49%提高到69%左右、选矿电耗由48.1 kW.h/t降至25.8 kW.h/t,可年增经济效益7 500万元以上。 In view of the problems existing in the original technological process of Tiegukeng Concentrator, a new technical route was established. Through the adoption of the techniques such as tailings discarding by multistage dry preconcentration, more crushing and less grinding, tailings discarding by multistage magnetic separation, fine screening + quality improvement by magnetic agglomerating machine and tailings scavenging by medium intensity magnetic separation, and the application of high-efficiency energy-saving equipment, the high efficiency and energy saving of the beneficiation technology for Tiegukeng low grade refractory magnetite ore were realized. As a result, the concentrators capacity has been raised from 0.74 Mt/a to 1.53 Mt/a, the concentrate grade from 64.05% to over 67.5% and the iron recovery from 64.49% to about 69%, while the electricity consumption has been reduced from 48.1 kW · h/t to 25.8 kW · h/t,making possible an annual profit increase of more than 7.5 million yuan.
