立井掘进冻结砾石层爆破技术初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 在立井冻结砾石层段施工中,采用伞形钻架配备重型导轨式凿岩机钻眼,优选抗冻性能良好的岩石乳化炸药并采用塑料管整体装药结构,优化爆破参数,孔内半秒延期非电雷管,孔外电雷管起爆。结果证明:与人工挖掘相比,爆破掘进速度提高两倍以上,冻土破碎均匀、抓岩生产率高,取得了良好的效果。有效地解决了工程实践中实际问题。 In the construction of frozen gravel stratum in vertical well, the umbrella drilling cramp allocating a guided heavy-duty jack drills arc adopted to drill borehole, selecting emulsified stone-explosives with good frost resisting property and using plastic robe for integral charge, optimizing the detonation parameters, making use of inner non-electric detonators of half second delay and priming the electric detonators out of the hole. The results showed that the speed of tunneling compared with man excavating the frozen soil was improved more than twice times, and the broken frozen soil are uniform with higher productivity of grabbing the broken soil, so this blasting techniques can solve the physical problems of engineering practice effectively.
