摘要
介绍了HLC型乳化炸药连续化生产线的实际应用情况。针对相配套的德国poly-clip自动灌装系统,提出了化学敏化的乳化炸药成品存在后效问题的解决办法,认为相适应的敏化剂加入量在900～950g·t-1之间。
The practical application of continuous production line of HLC emulsion explosive is introduced in this paper. According to the matched POLY-CLIP automatic filling system made in Germany, the methods to solve the aftereffect existed in products of sensitized emulsion explosive are proposed. It is deemed that the amount of sensibilizer should be appropriately added between 900 and 950 g·t^-1.
