摘要 将板翅式全热换热器的传热传质模型简化为两种流体均不发生横向混合的交叉流型,利用热质传递类比律和数值计算方法,计算并绘制显热和潜热的ε-NTU线算图。通过将线算图与实验结果进行比较可知,线算图具有较高的精度,能够满足工程要求。根据数值计算和实验结果,面风速对潜热效率比显热效率的影响更为明显。 The heat and mass transfer mode of plate- fin enthalpy exchanger is simplified as the cross - flow type in which the fluids of two sides do not mix up. Based on the analogical law of heat and mass transfer, the relationship of ε - NTU is computed and plotted by the numerical method. By comparing this relationship with experimental results, it can be drawn that the model is accurate to meet the requirements of engineering. According to the results of numerical calculation and experiment, sensible effectiveness has been influenced more significantly than latent effectiveness by air face rate.
