摘要
为解决排烟温度高、低温省煤器磨损严重的问题,扬子石化公司热电厂于2001年对5#锅炉低温省煤器进行改造。本文通过螺旋肋片式、鳍片式等改造方案对比分析,最终确定选用不扩大基管直径的直鳍式省煤器,并介绍了其实际应用效果。
In order to lower the discharge flue gas temperature and improve abrasive performance of the low temperature ecnomizer, the economizer modification of No. 5 boiler in the heating and power plant of Yangzi Petrolemn and Chemical Co., Ltd., was conducted in 2001. With the comparion with the spiral- rip heat exchanger, the finned .tube heat exchanger was adopted finally in the modification. This paper introduce its performance in application.
