摘要
研究了一种基于数字信号处理器(DigitalSignalProcessor,简称DSP)的高速运行下无位置传感器无刷直流电机的控制和测速方法。它基于DSP通过锁相环策略来实现无位置传感器无刷直流电机的稳速控制,采用数字、模拟混合法来实现对高速运行下的无刷直流电机转速的测量。阐述了锁相环的工作原理,两相无刷直流电机的工作原理和高速电机的测速原理,通过对系统硬件电路和软件算法的设计实现了无位置传感器无刷直流电机稳速控制和测速。试验表明,基于DSP的无刷直流电机稳速控制和测速系统稳速精度小于0.01%,系统满足了设计要求。
This paper researches on the speed detection and steady speed control of Permanent Magnet Brush-less DC Motor (BLDCM) based on DSP.The steady speed control of the position sensorless BLDCM is implemented by Phase- Lockd Loop (PLL) based on DSP.The speed detection of the BLDCM in highspeed running is realized by the digital and analog method.The paper describes the operational principle both of the PLL and the two-phase BLDC motor,and introduces the speed detection of the highspeed motor.The speed detection and steady speed control of the position sensorless BLDCM are realized by the hardware design and the software algorithm.The experiment showed that the precision of the steady speed in this system is smaller than 0.01% and the system meets the requirement of the design.
