摘要
采用正交试验法,研究了A356铝合金控制凝固法工艺参数对显微组织的影响。研究结果表明,冷却强度是晶粒细化的最主要因素,极差为57.946,可信度达到99%,其次是保温时间与浇注温度。最佳工艺参数为:浇注温度625℃,保温时间10 min,冷却强度为金属型水淬。其平均晶粒尺寸为34.92μm。
Effects of process parameters on microstructure of controlled crystallization method of A356 alloy are studied by using orthogonal arrays design in this paper. The results indicate, the main factor for grain refinement is cooling intensity, its polar odds is 57.946 and reliability is 99%, The next facts are preservation time and pouring temperature, The optimized process parameters are as followings: pouring temperature 625 ℃, preservation time 10min, cooling intensity of metal mold by water-quenching method. And average grain sizes are 34.92μm.
