快干硅溶胶型壳的胶凝快干机理探讨 被引量:1

摘要 采用室温胶态成型技术制备硅溶胶型壳,所用原料有FS-Ⅱ快干硅溶胶、JN-30硅溶胶和石英粉。实验研究发现:控制环境温度(22±2)℃、相对湿度50%~60%和风速4~6 m/s时,FS-Ⅱ型快干硅溶胶型壳的胶凝硬化时间为3 h,而JN-30硅溶胶型壳为12 h。并通过硅溶胶和快干硅溶胶的结构与稳定性比较,探讨了快干硅溶胶型壳的胶凝快干机理。 The silica sol shell was obtained by using colloidal processing technique at room temperature. The initial used to prepare silica sol shell were the FS- Ⅱ quick-dry silica sol, JN-30 silica sol and silica powder. There are three control experimental conditions, ambient temperature 22±2 ℃, relative humidity 50%-60% and wind velocity 4-6 m/s. It is found that the coagulation harden time of the FS- Ⅱ quick-dry silica sol shell is 3 h; the JN-30 silica sol shell is 12 h. The coagulation quick drying mechanism of the quick-dry silica sol shell was investigated by comparison with the stability and structure for the silica sol and auick-drv silica sol.
