摘要
文章在分析信息网络传播权和发行权的定义、特征,对比其异同的基础上,说明了单独设立信息网络传播权的必要性,并例证了对图书馆的影响。
On the base of analysing the definition,charactefistic and contrast of similarities and differences of information network broadcasting fight and issue fight, article explains that it is necessary to set up information network broadcasting fight solely, and illustrate the influence to the library.
