摘要
本文通过对公共图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务发展的四个阶段现状与特点的分析,阐明了合作化虚拟参考咨询服务的重要性,并指出了其发展方向。
The article analyses the actualities and the characteristics of four development phases of public libraries＇ virtual rfterence service. It elucidates the significance of the virtual reference service cooperation, and it points out its development way as well.
