摘要
本文从三个方面对“知识服务”在图书馆中的实现进行了探讨,提出图书馆的管理与服务是信息管理中的重要组成部分,要实现跨越式发展就必须完成从信息服务到知识服务的转变,知识服务是信息服务发展的最高阶段和最终目的。
This paper discusses the realization of the knowledge service in the library in three aspects, points out that the management and service of the library is a important part of the information management. Library will only develop in leaps and bounds if to complete the translation of the information service into knowledge service which is the tallest stage and end purposes of the information service development.
