摘要 在详细分析谷子在山西省农作物生产中的重要地位和山西省发展谷子生产具有特殊的历史意义和文化优势、具有特殊的地理生态优势、具有科技和品种资源优势的基础上,提出了山西省谷子生产产业化开发三步走的道路,首先要支持和保护现有小米加工企业稳步发展;第二,与其他小杂粮开发紧密结合,增强产品在市场中的竞争力;第三,加速小米深加工产品的研制与开发,增加小米产品的科技含量。指出了谷子产业化开发中应注重的4个关键环节:一是加强优质品种选育;二是加强谷子栽培技术等基础性研究;三是加强小米营养品质及其他品质的研究;四是加大政府支持力度。 In the paper the importance of the millet production in Shanxi province was analyzed and it has three advantages at developing millet production in Shanxi province. Namely, first, it has special great historical senses and cultural advantages; second, it has physically ecological advantage; third, it has advantages of technology and varieties. The road that how to develop the millet industrization was pointed out. Primary the currant available firm of millet should be ported and protected to make it develop steadly; in this bases, combine it closely with minor cereals, increasing its technological content and its competing force in domestical and international markets. Speeding the research and innovation of its deep products, and promoting the development of the millet production and the thriving of the economy. Several important key segment was point out in developing millet production: strengthening new varieties selection and breeding; strengthening basic researches of technology to cultivate millet; at the same time strengthening the studies of nutrition quality and else quality of millet.
