摘要
以高层建筑转换层大体积混凝土为例,从施工时混凝土内外温差计算、混凝土温度应力计算等方面,分析了大体积混凝土施工裂缝产生的机理,从而有针对性地采取掺入外加剂,采取保温、保湿及设置加强带补偿收缩等措施,加强混凝土温度监测,有效地防止了转换层厚板大体积混凝土裂缝的产生。
Regard structure transition level mass concrete in the skyscraper as the example,this text respect analysthe mechanism of the mass concrete crack from concrete internal and external difference in temperature calculation, concrete thermo - stress calculation etc. Take thermal insulation, moisture retention and set up strengthen band to compensate the measure of shrinking etc and strengthen concrete temperature to monitor. These measures have prevented the production of mass concrete crack effectively.
