Research Progress of Integrated Magneto-optic Isolator

摘要 介绍了集成光隔离器近年来的研究成果,并对其原理作了讨论,同时还讨论了光隔离器与半导体材料实现集成的途径。 the principle of integrated optical isolators and progress of recent years are discussed, and the approaches to integrated optical isolators with semiconductor material are also discussed.
