摘要
研究了采用溶剂萃取的方法改善柴油低温流动性能的可行性。对丙酮、甲苯、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮、乙酸乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯等溶剂进行了评选。通过各种溶剂对高桥减压一线、常压三线、洛炼柴油3种柴油的萃取率、萃取出蜡的碳数分布、萃余油冷滤点的比较,发现对这3种柴油进行溶剂选择性萃取的最优溶剂为醋酸乙烯酯。采用醋酸乙烯酯作为萃取溶剂可使3种柴油的冷滤点降低11~17℃。
The feasibility of solvent extraction dewaxing in improving the cold flow properties of diesel was researched in this paper. The solvents we used were acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, ethyl acetate and vinyl acetate. Taking those solvents as dewaxing solvent, we compared the dewaxing rate, the carbon distribution and the CFPP of the dewaxing oil from GaoQiao AGO, light VGO and LuoLian diesel. It was shown that the optimal solvent was vinyl acetate which lowered the CFPP of all the three diesels by 11 - 17 ℃.
