一种新型的低成本高效DC/DC变换器的设计

摘要 目前市场上标准通用的DC/DC变换器存在着制造成本高、体积大、效率低等缺陷。采用Boost升压电路的拓扑结构与电流控制型脉宽调制器相结合的方法,设计了一种新型输出电压为36V的低成本、高效DC/DC变换器,经实验研究证实了其多项指标优于同类DC/DC变换器。 Now the standard DC/DC converter which is popular in the market, has the weaknesses of high cost, big volume and low efficiency. The text intends to design a new DC/DC converter with an output of 36V by the topology structure of Boost circuit and current mode PWM controller UC3842, which has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency. After test, we find its many aspects are better than those DC/DC converters in the market.
