摘要
在SF_6高压电器设备运行中,SF_6气体的泄漏和微水含量超标容易造成设备运行故障。介绍了对SF_6气体密度、湿度及泄漏的在线监测方法,采用密度继电器指示漏气引起的密度变化,用高分子薄膜介质的湿敏传感器对SF_6气体中微水含量在线检测,用SF_6泄漏激光成像技术可较远距离发现气体泄漏的具体部位。这些监测方法,可有效保护设备安全运行,并可减少环境中的温室效应气体SF_6。
In operation of SF6 gas high voltage electrical apparatus equipment, leakage and micro-water content would easily cause equipment operation faults. On-line test method for SF6 gas density, humidity and leakage was introduced, to use density relay to indicate the change of density caused by gas leakage, to use macromolecule membrane humidity sensitive sensor to make micro-water content in SF6 gas on-line test, to use SF6 gas leakage laser imaging technology to find distantly gas actual location. These test method can effectively protect equipment in safe operation and reduce warm room effect gas SF6.
