Technology for Laying of Large Diameter Coiled HDPE Pipe

高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)大口径中空壁缠绕管是目前世界上较先进的管材,至今我国尚未制定出关于这种管材铺设施工的相应规范。文中总结了在施工中HDPE管的对接处理,固空带粘贴、热熔焊接工艺的实践经验。对今后同类工程及未来相应规范的编制有一定的参考价值。

Large diameter coiled HDPE pipes are now more advanced pipe material in the world. No relevant standard for laying of this type of pipes has been formulated in China. The technologies of butt jointing, binding of clamping bands with glues and hot fusion welding are summarized in the paper, which may be of value of reference for similar projects in future and for preparation of relevant standards and specifications.
